This year I have created many new items in a variety of mediums:
- Sculptures. – Whilst I have an array of small birds and other Australian animals, turtles, echidna, geckos turtles and the like. I also have an assortment of fossils, most of which are hand carved in exotic timbers. Some of these have been cast into bronze, heirloom pieces which are unique one off pieces.
- Paintings – my birds predominate but I have themed paintings this time eg 6-8 French Village buildings in acrylics and oils and a selection of florals (a first for me) featuring brightly coloured daffodils, birds of paradise, iris and peace Lillies
- Jewellery boxes. – hand made selection featuring unusual and hard to get timber.
So I hope there is something to suit most tastes.
My studio is at 566 Mountain View Road, Maleny in the Sunshine Coast Hinterland and I will be in attendance to meet guests and to explain and demonstrate some of my techniques from 10-4pm on the 16-18th May 2025.
