Living all my life in the bush  gives me a love of colour and a sense of humour, both of which is evident I hope in my jewellery and  wildlife paintings. I love the stories glimpses into  my local birds’ lives tell.  It is a wonderful challenge to capture this. I am only new to watercolour but find it a beautiful medium to use to depict the birds as it gives light and movement to the birds as they carry on in their daily lives.
